The project
At 31C Cupper Road, Ikoyi, Titan delivered a contemporary residential building with cantilevered upper floors, deep terraces and a crisp white-and-grey facade, designed for one of Lagos's most exclusive neighbourhoods.
The images follow the project from design visual to the frame rising in scaffolding: the same form, built as designed. Tight Ikoyi plots mean careful logistics, and we plan deliveries, crane positions and neighbour protection from day one.
