Our story

From A.R. Adegbite & Partners to Titan

Titan Construction Company Limited (TCCL) was incorporated on 11 June 2011. It was born of the desire to take A.R. Adegbite & Partners to an internationally recognised level, with a larger share-capital base, more facilities and more experienced partners.

Headquartered in Apapa, Lagos, with an office at Igbo-Efon in Lekki, and working nationwide, we have one clear purpose: to turn visions into enduring spaces, safely, on budget and with excellent craftsmanship.

Our engineers, architects and facility-management professionals work within the strictest legal and regulatory frameworks, so every project delivers maximum lifetime value and a low cost-in-use. Backed by solid financial resources and best-practice systems, we are large enough to handle complex developments and small enough to give each client personal attention.

Our principal

His career began in 1992 as a project engineer with Business Contracting Limited, planning and coordinating projects in Abuja and Port Harcourt. From 1994 he coordinated properties for United Property Developers Co. Ltd (Yinka Folawiyo Group of Companies), preparing project briefs, evaluating designs, monitoring tenders, selecting contractors and managing a property portfolio worth over ₦5 billion, including Yinka Folawiyo Plaza and Towers in Apapa and Manuwa Court and Parkview Court in Ikoyi.

He holds an HND in Building Technology and a postgraduate diploma in Quantity Surveying, and studied at Yaba College of Technology and the Federal University of Technology, Akure. He has attended international building exhibitions including Cersaie in Bologna and the International Building Show (IBS) in the United States.
